When my daughter was born in 2021 — I wasn’t as prepared as I thought. I mean, yes, I had all the diapers and the gadgets and the cute outfits — but I was not prepared for how becoming a mom would impact my identity.
You get it, right?
As someone who loved health, fitness and nutrition (hello, I’m a Registered Dietitian) — what I used to do pre-baby no longer worked. Because I was busy. Because my body had completely changed. Because my lifestyle and routine was thrown off. So I had to adjust — and I did.


Throughout my own journey of weight-gain and weight-loss as a new mom, I’ve made it my mission to SHARE REAL LIFE with you. That means sick days, that means the gym struggles, that means the mindset traps I can’t seem to shake, and so much more.
I created Living My Beks Life to help moms prioritize their health, their nutrition and their weight-loss journeys in a realistic and sustainable way.
And I’m doing it alongside you — because, girl, we’re all in this together.
